These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Artha website and application (the "Service"), operated by Artha Intelligence Private Limited ("Artha", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Artha provides AI-generated equity notes, forensic flags, screeners, portfolio analysis, and alerts based on public data and your connected accounts. Analysis is informational and educational. SEBI Research Analyst Reg.: INH000XXXXX. Always do your own research and consult a qualified, registered adviser before making investment decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
You register using Google or email sign-in via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity under it.
You may connect a broker account (e.g., Zerodha/Kite or Upstox) via secure authorisation. You authorise Artha to read your holdings and positions to provide analysis. Artha does not place trades automatically — any order is queued only with your explicit, per-action confirmation and executed through your broker, subject to your broker's terms. You may disconnect a broker at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, reverse-engineering, attempting to gain unauthorised access, reselling data, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
The Service, including its content, software, and marks, is owned by Artha or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Market data and filings are sourced from third parties (including BSE, NSE, and brokers), may be delayed, and are provided "as is". We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analysis may be inaccurate or incomplete. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Investing in securities involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Nothing here is investment, tax, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artha and its affiliates shall not be liable for any investment losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Artha harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
